Too early in the morning my brain leaks like a wiki… It's the patch collection I mean[1], that is referenced from some distroprefs and that is not contained in a CPAN::Mini mirror. The yaml files are part of the CPAN distro. These in turn I usually rsync manually from CPAN[2] or github directly to keep up to date with Andreas' work.
