i get the point about 50 being a large maximum. i think i will lower
that to 35-40. even so, i think this will afford decent interaction with
damian. he claims to be able to teach many more than that at once. and
if it is oversubscribed, i am not sure what to do. that may depend on
how many extra students there are.

that depends on the way the class is run and the teacher. i generally
don't like large lectures myself. they run too slowly for my taste and
there isn't much interaction. too small a group doesn't work
logistically with overhead and expenses. i am still trying to figure out
the best way to produce this.

unless you know a place where you can set up a class for 35 people and
not have to pay for it. :)
