As with most new mailing lists these days, each message that goes out on
this list has some helpful information in the headers. Your e-mail program
probably hides most of the headers from you, by default. Check its
documentation if you don't know how to view all of the headers.

Among the helpful headers are these three:

    list-help: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
    list-unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
    list-post: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
