Of the ones you listed this is the only one I have any experience
with.  I'm the VP-Education of my club (Oracle Speakers, Redwood
Shores CA), and am 60% of the way to my CTM.  I heartily second your
endorsement.

I'm not a member but I know folks who are, and I'm considering getting
involved in it.  One of the Toastmasters clubs I go to as a frequent
guest is oriented for professional speakers, many of whom are in the
NSA.  I'm thinking of joining that club as well...

I'm on their mailing list, and have been meaning to get around to
going to their meetings.

Never heard of this one, but it sounds good.  Are they specific to the
Seattle area?

I've taught at De Anza College in Cupertino CA but haven't had any
formalized training in teaching.

Another good idea is to speak in front of a technical group such as
the Linux User Group or Perl Mongers or whatever in your area.
Assuming you have a topic that would be of interest, that is.
