Use a BAT file and the AT service to schedule the time to run.  Check DOCs
for using the AT service.  Instead of using the AT service IE 5.0 has a new
scheduler under 'Control Panel\Scheduled Tasks', if installed.

To backup the 'data store' and 'information store' use the switches DS and
IS on the command line.

BTW you have to use the NTBackup version that comes from the Exchange server
disks or the latest SP for Exchange.

I am trying to automate NT backup(with NTBACKUP.EXE). But I am getting
