I think that /t can only be used once for whole back-up job.  I have never
used the /tape switch.

Try something like:

ntbackup backup c: d: e: DS IS /t:normal /b /hc:on /l
"c:\winnt\system32\logfiles\backup\logs.txt" /d "Full backup"


Ntbackup is odd with the command line options... You might have to move them
around a bit to get it to work.  I suggest testing each switch at a time.
There appears to be an order in which switches need to appear in.  You have
to use NTBACKUP.EXE that comes with Exchange Server!
