what happened to www.roth.net?

Hi all,   I know this might be a little off-topic, but I haven't been able to reach www.roth.net from either my home or work network. I was looking for the Perms module, and everywhere I looked on the net, I get a link back to www.roth.net. Anyone know what happened to that sight. Is it down, or did Dave quit it? ;-) I hope not.   Just curious, Henry
