I use Win32::Lanman for this:
Win32::Lanman::GrantPrivilegeToAccount("\\\\localhost",
"SeServiceLogonRight",[$user_to_add]);

Subject: Log on as Service
Does anybody know how to add a user who is member of the group Admin to the
Group who is allowed to log on as a service?
I just read Dave's example of managing user privs in the
Admin Handbook, but that's too much for me to just strip
it down to what I need.
Thanks in advance.
Alex
