I've tried to use the Splash Screen example that Jez sent to the list about a month ago. The sample runs, but I don't see my bitmap. The splash screen pops up, but it's empty. I know that the bitmap is being read, as if I add code to print the height & width I see the proper size for the bitmap I'm trying to use. I've tried several different bitmaps, but none of them work.
I just cut & pasted the code, with no changes (other that the name of the bitmap file) Any ideas? Could it be caused by my screen resolution (I run 1280x1024, 32bit true color)?
