[perl-win32-gui] Can't find Jenda's repository

Has anyone had trouble locating Jenda's repository?  I have thried 
many times throughout the day with no luck.  

Also, slightly unrelated, can someone point me to a tutorial on how 
to build/install modules for Activestate's Perl?  When I wasn't able 
to locate Jenda's site, I thought I would attempt installing Aldo's 
.zip, but I have little clue as to what I am doing.
