Ok.  I've gotten this too.  It seems to get thrown at the point that I
try to CLOSE Excel and not at the point that I'm reading anything in.
So you may want to make sure of the location of the error.  My entire
script runs perfectly, but when I try to close the Workbook or Appplication
I almost always get an error, and most often times an instance of excel
remains running.  A solution or workaround I could use would certainly be
helpful.
