Yes, It was your benchmark. I had nothing else to go on
and I was worried about your megahertz-for-megahertz
comparison of Perl & PHP because PHP seemed the more
efficient.

Do you know of any balanced benchmarks that have been
done, and how important is database access versus generation
of HTML by cgi-scripts?
