    [perl #111980] Don’t allow ‘my $♠’
    
    For consistency with ‘my $!’, ‘my $-’, etc., forbid lexical punctua-
    tion variables made up of non-ASCII characters.  It was by mistake
    that 204e6232679 allowed this.
