Per Leo, this is unnecessary, as Perl will be one of the magic dynamic pmcs 
that will sneakily load the dynamic library for you if you have yet to do so.

When the Perl PMCs are dynamic, then the tests need to look up the type
dynamically. As this also works for static types, the tests can be
prepared for that in advance.
