You don't have the correct Rakudo Star tarball, as the version of Parrot that it requires is r48152 (Parrot 2.6.0). The contents of the rakudo/build/PARROT_REVISION file should be "48152 2.6.0" ... if it's anything else, then you've downloaded something other than the designated Star release tarball.
