My $0.02- #parrot would be enough for me -- I tend to look at the scrollback in the irc channel. If not #parrot (or perhaps in addition to parrot), it could go to a separate list. I agree that the list doesn't particularly need to be hosted on perl.org -- any list would do. Pm
