Way back on p5p, a while ago
lazy
as in
grep { ... } lazy &foo, &bar, &zed
The opinion seemed to be going toward having the caller determine
laziness.
The alternative (or simultaneous capablity) was
sub foo :lazy () {}
It might be acceptable to have it as an attribute of the argument/parameter.
