no, it is to lower the volume on the parent list. if the inline and
multiline comments stuff moved to their own lists and only those
interested parties subscribed, the parent list would be more focused and
easier to read.
and if you don't want to subscribe individually to each sub-list,
subscribe to the all list which is cc'ed from all the perl6 lists. you
can reply to that list and it will go to the originating list.
your choice of how to subscribe. but it gives us a choice to stay out of
threads like multiline comments if so desired.
