German publisher Heise (c't, iX) mentioned that on their news ticker:
http://www.heise.de/newsticker/data/odi-13.10.00-000/ (in German).

Snippet: "After the Microsoft's investment in Corel, the Canadian software
producer has published some of the details of the agreement in a current
publication of the American Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The
part that is probably most surprising: Microsoft has the option to charge
Corel to port .NET to Linux. ... If this port comes to pass, Microsoft
will obtain all rights to the Linux version of .Net. If Corel wants to use
the software, the software house would have to pay licensing fees to
Microsoft."
