Hi, if you let raukdo automatically rebuild nqp/moar, then you still were on an old revision of moarvm.
This revision did not contain the latest patch.

Please rebuild now, as I've updated the git revisions, so latest nqp and moarvm get build.

This is not a MoarVM problem; it's a bug in the Xcode 8 (and 8.1) Command Line Tools and documented (poorly) in the Xcode 8 release notes. You must download the Xcode 7 Command Line Tools for 10.11 (https://developer.apple.com/download/ need Apple ID, do *not* need a developer account!) and install them over the Xcode 8 Command Line Tools.

(Short version: the Xcode 8 Command Line Tools, including libraries, are for 10.12 only. 10.11 does not have clock_gettime, because it was added in 10.12. So all compile time testing finds it via CLT libs, but runtime won't find it because that lib comes from the OS install instead of Xcode.)
