With FCN.c, MS compilers still insist that all declarations are made
*before* any function calls. (Was FCN.c auto-generated ? This problem
seems to arise fairly often ... if it *was* auto-generated then
perhaps the generator is in need of amendment.)
FCN.c is not auto-generated, so I just moved things around as you suggested.
Feel free to rewrite my implementation of those changes.
Thanks for the patches, I've implemented them. As for the other error
you report with Minuit.xs when using VC7.0, I don't know what might be
the cause...
