All- This fixes a couple of typos that resulted in some missing GLUT macro definitions in the perl binding. Specifically affected were the features in FreeGLUT to handle event loop termination and close window events.
It also fixes another bug in test.pl which masked the problem from detection earlier. The good news is that this may clean up the exit properties of the TriD code although no testing has been done.
