Yes, to a large extent. However, I dislike the animations at the top. As a
general rule, web animations are Evil as they distract the eye from the
important stuff and consume computer resources. Just make up your mind on a
single image to display and display it. I'd like to note that I have GIF
animations disabled in Mozilla, and pressed the escape button and yet these
annoying animations still persist (they are probably JavaScript-based
animations and I have .perl.org whitelisted in NoScript).
