Could you please email me the test output for
t/proj_transform.t so that I can confirm that
you get the same exact failure values as I do
with cygwin?
Test output from linux or macosx users for the
latest git would be appreciated as well.

If it's just a bug in the test script then I don't see any pressing need
to push out a new release that fixes it.
Just let us know when the corrected script hits the git repo and I'll
give it a try.
