Pendapat M. Anjasmara betul.

U.N. Timor Troops Say They Fired On Indonesian Forces
Filed at 10:30 a.m. EDT
By Reuters
DILI, East Timor (Reuters) - Members of a U.N.-backed intervention force in
East Timor said they had exchanged fire with members of Indonesia's security
forces during a border clash Sunday.
But Major David Kilcullen said an Indonesian officer had acknowledged that a
convoy from the U.N. force was on the eastern side of the poorly marked
border
with Indonesia's West Timor when the clash occurred.
``He admitted...that we were still on our side of the border when his troops
opened fire,'' Kilcullen said.
It is the first time the force has exchanged fire directly with Indonesian
security
forces since it arrived last month.
Another officer said the force had gone into the area after reports of
collusion
between Indonesian forces (TNI) and pro-Jakarta militiamen in the area. The
officer said militiamen had fired first, prompting the U.N. troops to
return fire.
``When we started to notice that there were people in TNI uniforms amongst
those in civilians that we were firing at, that's when we gave the word,
Hold fire!
Hold fire!'' said the officer, speaking on condition of anonymity.
