I wrote a draft that attempts to set out criteria for 'PRISM-PROOF' security. Actually it is more general than that looking at any bulk surveillance scheme. It is a summary of material from this and other lists.
The main reason I wrote it was to capture conversation from other lists that kept going round in circles and to provide a basis for evaluating my other design.
