Dear Masoud,

Apparently the first question is: Where the data has come from?
AFAICS it is the poor Arianpour Dictionary's data.

I hereby ask you to remove all GPL related notices and stuff from
your work, for a couple of important reasons:

  * You are distributing a large amount of COPYRIGHTED data
without permission to do that (or you have not stated your
permission).

  * GNU GPL requires you to distribute the source code, but you
are releasing the data in .sqlite format which by definition is
not the source. (If you have ever read the GPL, it defines: The
source code for a work means the preferred form of the work for
making modifications to it, and this is not the case for what you
are releasing)

Actually unless you resolve the first problem, you are stealing
copyrighted data. After that, you can think about the second
problem.

Very sad that GPL has become a luxury for some people.
