about page number changing direction into rtl and then inserting page 
number
lead to correct persian digit in page number
but it didn't work for footnotes

but i've seen some doc file wich contain persian digit footnotes!
try one ove .doc files at http://ce.sharif.edu/~ce418/resource/
your may find that!
but i don't know how to make that
