You shouldn't have any problems if you wrap it in 6 mil poly that is as
completely sealed as possible to retain the current moisture level (EMC).
Allow it to completely warm back up to ambient temp once you remove it from
the freezer after the freezing cycles before opening the package.  That
should avoid any condensation from forming on the surface.   The use of a
temp/RH probe inserted into the package (and well sealed around the
insertion point) would be helpful if available.
