Olá Sónia, for me, it looks like a fruit fly problem with “Drosophila”. It could be a smaller and big one species of “Drosophilidae. If you have no more forgotten organic residues (fruits, bottles…) in your office, you have to look inside your coffee machine (e.g. leaks at tubes with liquid residues) or maybe other machines next door, like fruit juice automat? Other possibilities are waste water pipes of washbasins. Some organic residues inside the tubes, you have to clean with hot water.
