Hi all -

This is a professional-type question for personal reasons: I live in an almost
100-year-old triple decker, and we are having a carpenter ant issue. It happens
every year (for the three years we've lived here) but this year has been
especially bad. And has extended longer than it normally does.

Does anyone have any tips on how to deal with this? My landlord is interested
in IPM practices. He offered hesitantly to get an exterminator, but he wanted
to explore options beforehand.

Best,
