In the Library where I work we run a quarantine of 7 days, all these
treatments that have been proposed so far are either ineffective or
damaging (most of the time both). Also it would mean spending money that
could go in more important issues.
Quarantine is uncomfortable but effective and economical. I would not trust
any of these vendors, UV-C are damaging to the objects and dangerous for
people, even worse ozone, yet they keep trying to sell them to libraries
without any evidence of their safety and effectiveness.

Spend your money in better sanitizing reading rooms and common areas.
