I have used this product below to capture large numbers of flies. It uses a 
very long fly tape attached to pulleys that you unroll as the fly tape fills 
with flies. It ends up being a little more set up for a much more convenient 
usage and the tapes aren't hanging down for animals or people to get stuck on.
