Hello Jenny, I think they could be case making clothes moths. Hopefully someone else can help confirm this. If they really are then making sure you have adequate traps to help make sure you can pinpoint where they are coming from can be helpful. If pheromone lures are in your budget they can be exceptionally helpful locating where a problem is through tactical deployment to see where you get the most catches. Once you find out if/where the problem is then cleaning, additional housekeeping, and freezing/anoxic treatments will hopefully clear things up.
