To me it looks like a webbing clothes moth. In the 3rd photo I also see what 
looks like some Anthrenus larvae.

Hello Pest list-

If anyone has any guesses on what this insect might be, I would be curious to 
know your thoughts.  This situation (Image 3) was found inside a sealed frame 
structure under glass, with nothing organic inside.
