Hi Todd, Those are Trichoptera - Caddisflies. The larva usually develop in water outside, but the adults can be found indoors because they’re attracted to light. When they start swarming, they can even come inside in large numbers. I once saw this happen in a care home. Where moths have scaled wings, these insects have hairy wings.
Hope this helps Regards Patrick Op donderdag 16 oktober 2025 om 21:50:22 UTC+2 schreef [email protected]: > Genevieve- > > Thanks- Just to clarify for everyone, the solo moth image (1 and 2) is > one of the moths from the "group image" (3) with the super long antennae. > They broke off in transport. > > Thanks, > Todd > > On Thu, Oct 16, 2025 at 2:42 PM Tocci, Genevieve E. < > [email protected]> wrote: > >> Hello Todd, >> >> To me it looks like a webbing clothes moth.
