What pests are you spraying for?
Are Facilities just carrying out routine spraying regardless of evidence? What is monitoring telling you? If there are no pests maybe you don't need to spray at all? (saving time, money and poisons) I would always go the preventative route first, concentrating on monitoring and then see what you are targeting.
