Hello,

I've recently found these flying insects inside and outside of the historic
building in Virginia where I work. I don't recall ever seeing them before,
but this June they are out in abundance. They are just under a centimeter
in length and are yellow-green in color [please see attached photograph].
I'm new to IPM and have checked all of my resources without coming up with
an identification. Could they be fungus gnats? Any help would be very
much appreciated.

Thanks,
Kate Hughes
