Sounds like it could be the inf file you're using. Try: http://ndiswrapper.sourceforge.net/mediawiki/index.php/List#B
for a list of cards and their known inf files. Also, you may want to do ndiswrapper -l to see what drivers are registered and ndiswrapper -e to remove any before you install/re-install any drivers.
