I can't see why not. There appeared to be plenty of room!

As I said, there is wi-fi access available but we will need some sort of access 
point for wired connections to work.

I don't personally have one so if someone can provide one for the evening all 
the better.

Please bear in mind that we are just getting a room (which is very generous of 
the rugby club) and we won't have the equipment
on hand that we had at Marks place.

Basically if you want to set something up so that it can be worked on by the 
group, bring everything you need with you (including such
mundane things as multi-blocks for power connections etc).

I am now running Ubuntu "dapper" full time at home. Finally plucked up the 
courage to ditch Windows completely :) - so far so good. No 
real problems encountered yet.

I haven't tried compiz yet but would also like to give it a try. Maybe someone 
can show us how.
