It would be better from a space point of view however power sockets and
Internet access might be a problem. It depends how many turn up, but it
should be noted that only one out of five managed to connect to the
wi-fi last time we were there.

I don't personally have a preference so a majority decision from
everyone likely to be attending would be good.
