7. Use synaptic to install ntfs-3g and ntfs-config.
8. Applications -> System Tools -> NTFS Configuration Tool, enable write
access on internal drives

Now have full read+write access to my NTFS partition. (NTFS-3g is
read/write stable but of-course I don't take any responsibility for you
screwing up your data with it.....)

Now to install wine, KDE must-haves like k3b, ktorrent, konqueror, ....
