You have had a reply about the Nvidia card.
You will also need to install compizconfig-settings-manager via Synaptic
or apt-get
I did this and all sprang back into life!
If you are used to Beryl, there are some changes to how you operate it
all, and how you set it up.
I have also not yet found out how to get the running windows to stand
out from the cube face - a real tragedy!!
