Just to note for both my place and the Loxley Centre, if you stay ON the
bus to the Werrington centre rather than getting off on Church St. it's
on a circular route, and the return route stops about 10 mins later both
literally right outside my place and about 1 min walk (last stop on
Southwell Ave) from the Loxley Centre.
