[petsc-dev] DMCartesian vs DMMesh?

   What is the relationship between DMCartesian and DMMesh? 

   Should DMCartesian be removed?

   Also since Mesh is a generic word but DMMesh is built on Sieve should DMMesh 
be renamed to DMSieve?
