1) It violated the PETSc style guides of NOT having _'s in the names of 
XXXType. 
         The reason we have the guides is make parts of PETSc as consistent as 
possible, hence easier to remember and know immediately what type of thing 
something is.
  2) It was very close name to the PETSC_VIEWER_XXXX_ making code harder for 
humans to parse quickly.
