Set a new value for PETSC_ARCH
Obtain the Scotch 5.1.12b tar ball. Used ./configure
—download-ptscotch=nameoftarball.tar.gz —download-mumps —download-scalapack etc
It will use the provided tar ball instead of downloading 6.0.0 Send errors
