Hi all,
I recently installed the 3.2-CURRENT snapshot to check out the newest
features available in the forthcoming 3.3 release for pf.
I noticed the <table> definition to pf rules, but the manpage and the
section BNF rules state no possibility for using <table> inside nat/rdr
rules.

You can use it inside nat/rdr rule, but not for the redirect address:
  nat on xl0 from <foo> to <bar> -> 1.2.3.4
is suposed to work.

I thought this might be fine for some load balancing, because you could have
an external script checking webservers (and load ?) and then adjusting the
table
accordingly.
Is this planned ?

For 3.3 no, since pf features are basically frozen by now.
After 3.3, I don't know. We have not talked about that yet.
But this sounds like a cool idea.
