I guess he didn't read the original post's subject ;-)
But realistically TCP is used when having huge round robins, huge DNS
servers lists, answering with all the zone or, the almost equivalent,
doing zone transfers. That's why TinyDNS doesn't use TCP. So it's
besides the point to allow it.
