as i'm not in a similar scenario, i don't know if this would be as easy
as the suggestion implies; but what about using like:
table <BothGates> persist { 111.111.111.x 222.222.222.x }
then you could tag each outbound rule you wanted to be subject
to going out either interface, per rule, then at the bottom do
pass out route-to <BothGates> all tagged FORBOTH keep state
i might be missing lots of details, but fwiw, that's one of
the trees i'd try barking up.
